housing procurement consortium, Procure Plus, has published a contract notice
for its multi-million installation framework agreement.

United Utilities currently invests around £600m per year
maintaining and improving our water and wastewater networks. They are now
starting the process of letting contracts and framework agreements for AMP6
which will start in April 2015. They issued an OJEU for Engineering services
partners on 19 July 2013.
